Program Summary:  Join Parks Associates Sr. Analyst, Yuanzhe (Michael) Cai as he presents the latest trends, developments, and consumer demand for whole-home entertainment and multimedia networking.  Specifically, Mr. Cai will address:

“Consumers understand the value proposition of a multimedia home network that connects various PCs and consumer electronics and allows easy access to digital content,” said Yuanzhe (Michael) Cai, senior analyst at Parks Associates. “These conditions will create market demand for multimedia network solutions such as connected digital media servers, digital media adapters, and consumer electronics with integrated networking capabilities.”

Michael Cai studies the development in broadband markets, emerging broadband wireless technologies such as WiMAX, gaming and other value-added services. He also follows the development of China's telecom and IT industry. He has written several reports on Chinese telecom market, hot spot, broadband wireless, and gaming. Michael has presented his research in numerous industry events including CES, Supercomm, Connections, and E3.

 

Michael earned his MBA with a 4.0 GPA from Baylor University in May 2002. He also holds an MA in leadership from Landegg International University, Switzerland, and a BA in economics from Shandong University, P. R. China.
