Free to Innovate – liberating electronic product development
Date: July 11th, 2006
Program: 11:45 A.M. ~ 12:45 P.M.
Place: Holiday Inn Select, Richardson
(1655 N. Central Expressway (US 75), Richardson, TX 75080)
(Near 75 & Campbell)
Speaker: Nancy Eastman
Director, Altium Designer Applied Technologies
Program Summary:
The traditional approach to electronic product development prematurely locks down architectural decisions and implementation choices, discourages experimentation, and impedes the creativity and innovation of electronics engineers. This presentation discusses some of the limitations inherent to today’s board-level system design process and introduces a new way of approaching electronic product development that readily accommodates change and eliminates the barriers to innovation.
